Truck starts up and sounds like its knocking then alms down a bit and sounds like a lb7 but fuel rail pressure stays around 20-23k there is no demand for it as the truck is idling. You can also open the bleeder screw -- to let any air out. It is a black PLASTIC screw next to the primer pump. If you read the other threads (p0090) you will see what was going on. EGR delete by my definition is complete removal of system components which is a highly invasive and unnecessary procedure. It also requires ECM programming to deal with the DTC’s associated with removal of the EGR motor. Essentially an EGR delete removes the EGR valve/motor assembly along with the EGR cooler etc.

Got everything back together and it's in limp mode. Fires up without an issue. Idles a little rough. I pull the codes, i only have p0090 for fuel regulator up pressure solenoid. So i started looking for wiring. I found this.

Hi I Have a 06 Duramax and the code p0090 popped up so i replaced the Fuel pressure regulator and that didnt fix the problem, but while i was in there i seen the wiring harness for the fuel pressure regulator had a little cut in it so i replaced that hoping that would solver the problem but it didnt.Cranks but won't start. I checked to usual stuff, fuel fite, prime, air filter, wire rubs. nothing. I did find that the 25amp fuse for the injector was blown. I unlatched and pulled the two big wire harnesses and put a fuse in and the fuse didn't blow. I pulled in the bottom harness and the fuse blew again.The issues started getting worse again.
