Then put the rest of your points into something that allows you to quickly dispatch of enemies.

Just equip hornet, pretend to be a nice kind helpful person, then stab em in the back when they get low on health or try to pick up some item. Or stab one of the other phantoms he might summon. Or wait for an invader and gank that guy, just be sure to get the last hit.
