Spiral Curling Hair with Pipe Cleaners / pipe cleaner locs : If you have locs you are amazed at the flexibility we have with styling.With that being said I want to share with you on how to spiral curl your hair using pipe cleaners that you can find at any craft store.For this tutorial I will use 15 mm sized bendable chenille pipe cleaners.
