Like I said, money is a huge factor, so I went with the 12,000 pound Harbor Freight Bandland winch with their mounting plate. Here's my install: I have the stock bumper cut down, and a T55 on an impact driver made quick work of the bumper mounts. Also removed the sway bar cover.
