Our litter robot stopped working mid-cycle yesterday. The yellow light has remained on (not flashing) and it does not respond to any activity anymore. We have taken apart all the pieces and made sure they are clean. We unplugged it for a few hours but as soon as it's turned on again, the yellow light reappears.

The robot would cycle just fine, but if I pulled down the curtains in my apartment it would stop for 15+ seconds with the slow yellow blinking light. I was able to reproduce this a few times. I am still not sure if this was related to the resistor experiment, since I ran out of time for experimentation and had to tend to other things.

Mine was not and it caused my LR to constantly get stuck upside down, the weight was sliding around in the back of the dome as it rotated.
