Then got the flashing red, finally connecting. The whole process took 2-3 minutes. I wasn't able to see anything on the Telo status while this was happening, other than it was reconnecting after something happened. Called into support. Tier 1 didn't notice anything, but they are having tier 2 look at it I think.
