in my experience, the QB app fit me better than the common app. i think it comes down to which facet of your app is stronger: writing/essays or ECs. if writing is a strength of yours, you may be better off with the QB app. if ECs depict you better (re: you have more than 6), go with the common app. since i live in a rural/under-resourced area ...its true that they can be lenient but their assets are much higher than the average qb applicant, not even factoring in that being a landlord ensures a gratuitious flow of income.
