Anecdotally, my neighbors son has a v6 Accord with VCM. They kept having misfires and plug fouling. I recommended they try a VCM disabler. They got the VCM tuner 2 , replaced the fouled plugs and, last I asked, they haven’t had anymore issues. Also, it’s pretty easy to replace front pads and rotors on the Odyssey.
