Back when Gamespy shut down the master server to Neverwinter Nights, someone else basically made a master server of their own, and you could still connect to servers by use of direct connect. However, it's notable that Neverwinter Nights did not require a Gamespy account, but rather used Bioware's own servers.

Go into GameRanger or Evolve. In GameRanger, look for a game room and join from there. In Evolve, get a party access URL or an invite from the server owner. In GameRanger, press "join". In Evolve, look at your server list, and it should be there as long as you're in the party as the host.
