My opinion is that while Gaige is usable without Anarchy, its so amazing that there really isn't any reason not to use it. Honestly, I've tried looking at other builds, but at the end of the day I'm in Ordered Chaos, at the very least, until Discord. It depends on what kind of damage/weapons you're trying to focus on. Personally I like to focus on the little big trouble tree and use shock weapons and relics that boost shock damage.
