The main reason those missions are in event store is for the people that didn't get those missions when they was released. Edit: also throwing this out there if you already have a stella get a 2nd one. That way you have 1 to strengthen up for exchange armadas and hitting exchange hostiles, and use the 2nd to scrap for stella particles for research.
