The Pokemon games have all seen their fair share of bugs, glitches, and exploits. The latest is a Duplication glitch, and while it's a little tricky to do, the results are worth it.

Travel itself is dangerous and can cost you resources. Having glitches/options like fast travel are left in because they don't actually take too much away from the base game, and are enticing to some players.
