I have a micro slick and a black one. Micro slick is my edc mag after going through 1k rounds of range ammo and a few hundred mixed hollow points without a single issue. Before going to the range I took the mag apart and checked the spring and did a little sanding inside the mag on the polymer side, on the sharp edges of the follower and the top edges of the the mag. The geometry just isn't there unless the grip is expanded upon and Glock won't change the design of their mag and lose the polymer overmold. While Shield Arms has a 15 round mag it is more or less a waste of money as it isn't anywhere near as reliable as a factory Glock mag.

For my 43X MOS they just didn’t feel “right.”. The figment, the clanks, the FTF, stove-piping. Averaged one in fifty failure rate. I went right back to OEM and didn’t look back. Yes, I changed out the mag release to SA steel, which made the gun feel just janky.
