Preowned figures are 99% of the time good if a figure is released i would 100% of the time buy a preowned over a new. Both mandarake and amiami are very open with telling you damage to the figure (very unlikely, also usually drops the figure price stupidly low) or box damage which is usually not as bad as they say.
