Cyberpunk overwatch stuck in inventory.

I have got all the weapons required for V's stash but for some reason, I can not add Overwatch or skippy, they just stay in my inventory. When I`m trying to improve it to epic level, it suddenly become very week and doesn`t much my level. I can`t even improve it to my level - I don`t have enought materials.
