From what I have experienced with 2 Bergara B14R's you will be far better off with the CZ 457 or the Tika T1x. Yes 2 Bergara B14R's. I did not learn my lesson the first time and thought if nothing else I would re barrel the second one. I will be re barreling this one. I happen to like the action and stock.

CZ 457 has more aftermarket barrel support options. Tikka T1X currently has barrels coming from International Barrels (IBI) and are sold for $325 USD from Canada. My barrel came off w/o any issues. CZ Pro Varmint is $588 MSRP, and Tikka is $469, so it's $100 more you can work with on a scope for base class over the CZ.

I'm on the waiting list for a left handed B14r carbon steel barrel. The carbon fiber barrels are too light and unbalanced for NRL and PRS matches. The 457 At One will keep up with a Bergara quite easily or better with the right ammo. Usually RWS Rifle Match and SK Rifl Match ammo so keep an eye out for them.I have a T1X in 22lr. for factory class matches and hunting. It loves CCI SV, and. will shoot any ammo you put in it.
