Not worth much more than $100 though if it is a misprint. Probably not worth anything more than face value. You should look up 'chop marks' on google. Granted this doesn't look like the usual chop mark but it very well could have been under a bill that got the real chop mark and only got a piece of the stamp or something.
It's not just straight line shredded and it's mixed with a bin load of shredded bills so it's not like a complete bill would be found in the bag or even 51% and even if it was it's in like cm squares.
