The Benelli barrels will not fit the Franchi, location of the lug/recoil spring and the fact the Benelli barrel will probably set you back $500 makes this unfeasible and unrealistic. Winchester SX3 20ga had a full synthetic version at one time.In my opinion, while the Affinity is a good gun, the Benelli M2 is a better gun. The stock on the Affinity feels like cheap plastic to me. Reason: (1) Cordoba has ported barrels, (2) Cordoba and M2 have been known to shot high and not much can be done due to the raised rib, (3) Montefeltro mitigates high shooting due to the flat rib and isn't ported.
