Isx blowing coolant out overflow but not overheating.
I have a 2017 Ram 3500 6.7 that just started pushing coolant out of the coolant reservoir. First thought was a head gasket, but it's not running hot and hasn't been overheated, a stock boost. The light will be on for low coolant in the morning, fill it back up to the mark, drive 30 minutes, and the level is at the top of the cap and pushing out again.

I think the ISX has 2, and if one is stuck closed, not enough coolant will flow to cool the engine, and bringing the fan on will cool the antifreeze more and lower the temp. Or it might just be sticking and finally opens at a much higher temp. But I would also be sure you don't have something plugged or blocked in the coolant system too.
