Basically the O2 sensor is seeing too much oxygen in the exhaust right out of the engine before the catalytic converter. I would check for a crack in the exhaust manifold or a bad exhaust gasket. When I got back this past Monday on 4-18 I drove it on several short trips for four days straight and it was perfect, and also the CEL was off the whole time.
