John deere 2950 problems.
May 14, 2015. #1. I have a JD 2950 and the transmission is starting to slip when your driving. We have already replaced the master cylinder a month ago and had been running good until the other day when it started slipping. We have checked the slave cylinder and there is no sign of a leak and moves about an inch when pushing on the clutch pedal.

Aug 7, 2016 · Aug 7, 2016. #1. Your having a voltage drop in the start circuit. If it starts when you jump across the starter solenoid than the starter is OK. I do not think there is a relay in the factory circuit on the JD 2950. JD made a relay KIT for many of the tractors.

2950 Won’t Steer. Hi, German-built 2950 has hard, jerky steering and will keep moving either way. I have the steering control out of the dash and I’m not certain how to move forward. The Deere unit is too dear; there are aftermarket units all over the internet, likely Chinese or Turkish, and they don’t come with the bolt-on valve body.IMHO the hyd systems on Waterloo are much simpler. A 4030/4040 or better yet 4050/4055 would be my choice in that HP range. Open the nipple and pump the new fluid back through the system until the resevoir is filled to the correct level. Close off the bleed nipple and you should have a top clutch.
