Your SATs are about average for admitted freshman applicants, so should hold up fine in the admissions process. Pitt has $10k+ merit $, Chancellor’s Scholarship, Stamps, and Nordenberg (leadership and academic) scholarship.I also got into NC State, Penn State, UMD college park, and UNC at Chapel Hill. I turned these down for full tuition at Pitt. S24 likes Pitt the best in term of city/campus, vibe and size. He feels Rutgers NB is a bit too spreading out and dislikes that he will have to bus to go to his classes.
