Yup! I'm applying to UCs as well and they do not have early action or decision so it is not going against any QuestBridge rules. Do note that the actual deadline is Nov 30, and match day this year is Dec 1, so we'd turn in the UC app before we know if we are matched or not. Same thing is true of the CSUs if you're also applying to those as well
