Ram 2500 stuck in 4th gear.

OD is on in 4th, 5th, and 6th gears. It only carries about 60% of the input torque in 4th gear (it carries 100% in 5th and 6th), so if it neutrals out in 4th, that is unusual. Code is P0750 which is the Shifter solenoid. Truck doesn't even have 5000. miles on it yet and they got to replace this part. I think damage has already. been done by how many times it has made this loud hard clunk and gone into. 4th gear manual shift mode. I drop it off at the dealership today.

There is no reason for a stock truck not to shift past 4th, unless you are in limp-in mode (logical limp-in, which gives 1st-to-4th, or full limp-in [4th gear only]), or you're in ERS "4". Your transmission, the 48RE, does not have a Limp-In Mode. 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears are all hydraulic and 4th gear uses a solenoid and a transducer to engage the clutch along with the Torque Converter Clutch. I'm guessing that with a 2007 model your 48RE has some miles on it. When was the last time the pan was off.

I am not hard on the truck and changed the fluid and filters at 100k. It doesnt make any attempt to move in drive, but also doesnt make any noises. The PCM sends a signal (at startup) to tell the Trans Relay to close, which then feeds 12V power to the trans. Might be best to have your dealer diagnose. IIRC if it was reflashed to factory and was in limp mode, tuning with some tuners might not take it out of limp mode. The ECM might need to see itself out of limp mode, which would mean connecting the missing parts back on for it to see them to pop out of limp mode, and be tuned.
