beacuse ryze has to stand still to use e-w you usually cant react to his q3 with it. you should try practising dodging his q3 since after that you can pretty easily e-w and run away. you should also try to just push and roam, you wont be killing him in lane. also get boneplating, go normal paherush build but with boneplating and overgrowth/tenacityExperience the fast speed of OP.GG for Desktop!
