So the Wizards of the Coast miniatures are in 28mm scale while Legion is in 32mm. They don't look the right height, but bare in mind it's not just about height, it's about width, Just compare them on google and you'll see the minis from WotC are too thin compared to Legion. They look odd, and less detailed. The other issue is the bases.

A vanilla clone trooper is 10 pts, a clone medic is really a clone trooper with 10 pts treat 1 ability. So really you're just paying the cost of 2 clone troopers (20 pts). Which is what a medic kind of gives you. TLDR; Yes a clone medic is worth 20 pts.
