Received 16 Likes on 12 Posts. Could be a fault in the CAN bus wiring system. Try disconnecting the batteries for about 10min. There are so many control modules in these vehicles that a simple fault can cause goofy things. I had this exact thing happen in a 12 Ram except it was the 3rd brake light staying on.
