The actual question would be why would you use twilight when you can have the game menu on the homescreen of the 3ds, easier to access, quicker to find game to play, etc.Firstly, Twilightmenu is NOT an emulator it simply makes it possible for ds games to run from the sd card. P.S You need to know from which region your game is. It won't work if you put (US) and it is actually (EU). Not sure if PKSM will work with a Twilight Menu save, but if you use PKHeX it should work fine. Just take the save file from the saves folder where you stored your ROM, and open it with PKHeX, edit whatever you want, and presto.
