Only 2 ways this can happen 1) carb not supplying enough fuel 2) air entering the engine after the carb venturi tube has added the fuel. To test for the latter, start the engine, hold the governor arm at whatever place to obtain the fastest smooth speed. it is very minor! I almost thought I was imagining it. But after a while I noticed it more. It was always at steady throttle and the throttle was only open enough to maintain my speed. Doing 40km/h or 60 km/h or 110km/h. The gear I was in didn't seem to matter either. I had a few faster runs doing 140+ km/h and didn't notice it.

It starts and cuts great, for about 30 min. Then it stalls dead. No spitting or sputtering. 0 RPM's in about 1 second.
