You need house rules (must fire coordinator if going to a conference final game etc). Nevermind the "lack of coaches" glitch that bricks save files. I do like the scouting though, but I'm biased as we produced a scouting tool. I'm still annoyed the devs left out the sortable scouting columns in Madden 23 as it makes the process so much longer.

You can retire but choose switch roles, pick a non controlled team to take over fire their coordinator the retire again switch roles take your original team back and hire that coordinator. Glitch in Madden 23, need help. So since the new update, when i go to load up a game in franchise, the alternate helmets loads in as a solid plain white helmet. I play as the jets and i saw the new update added the alternate helmets to the game, which should be black, so I wanted to wear it and now this is happening.Basically you need to FIRE your OC the week of the SB... then go to FILL spots on menu to [re]hire the OC (before advancing).
