Technically, we cannot fail more than one “rotation” and are allowed to repeat 1 rotation if you do fail it. Unfortunately, getting less than a 74.5% on the EOR exam automatically fails you even if you get a B on the rotation overall. In general I would say the average SmartyPANCE question is on the average to easy end of a PAEA question, and an average Rosh/UWorld question is harder than the average PAEA question.
