I took NCLEX-RN on June 22, 2010 at 10 am in CA. I have 265 Questions: about 25++ SATA, alot +++priorities, 4 deligateion, alot medication, infection control too. I when home do the trick right away I got a good pop up, then I do the trick in 1hr, 2hr, 3hr, and 5hr still have a good pop up. No, it wouldn’t charge me because the “good” pop up is a pop up saying you can’t reregister because you’re “already scheduled”. The idea is, someone who is already an RN cannot register to take the nclex. On the other hand, if you fail then you’ll be able to reregister meaning yes it’s going to charge you.
