Puzzles and conquest is a reskinned puzzles and survival. I've been playing about a week and just got to castle 19, everything has pended 3 levels early so far. I'm not sure if level 31 is achievable, but 23 (20 if it pends early) should be. Empires and puzzles went off player level, puzzles and conquest is castle level. Mine was level 11 500 points and level 16 1000 points and I got 19 like a week ago and 21 just recently.
