I found the fix...its your userdata folder, you have to delete it.It’s under. Documents>My Games> Rainbow six siege. You can safely delete it.

After doing some research I noticed this was an old bug dealing with a router setting issue, but even after fixing my router settings it still doesn't work, even though my roommate can play R6 ...
