The 0411 PCM swap is very doable. It is a very easy swap. Hog has given you some great info. The marine intake as also a popular upgrade. It allows you to use NORMAL style external injectors. I just got done swapping a 0411 PCM into my 99 OBS 5.7 L31 Suburban 4x4 with 4l60e with A/C, and Pushbutton 4x4. Everything works so far, throttle response is way better, driving is smoother, and 0-60 times is much faster. It supposedly requires repinning the (4) LT1 pcm connectors to the (2) 411 pcm connectors, but uses the existing LT1 Harness. You should then be able to log data and tune LT1 motor using EFILive or HPtuners using vortec 5.7 tune as foundation. Ive pulled the wiring diagrams, bought the PCM and connectors for less than $100.
