Breezeline Cable: Total Nightmare. I had WOW for five years and never had one issue. Was able to upgrade over the phone, no problems, and have owned my modem from the start. After starting to have connectivity issues (and a $20 increase), I called and ended up upgrading my service and my modem to a DOCSIS 3.1 modem (Arris Surfboard 8200).So aftrr Breezeline acquired WOW I called to lower the cable package cause we rarely watched regular TV, mostly streaming. Our WOW bill was 225 after calling Breezeline and going with their basic cable and 1000 gigs for internet our bill is now 99 and some change fir the next 6 months then goes up to 139.
