Thus far ive taken my dual blade build to Lv 25 just to test effects of passives etc. Wearing an Adels sword +5 and a BD sword +5 with a strength tali II a feather cape and ooze armor +4 Im set at 1369 atk speed main handing adels but with BD as main im at 1869 atk speed but i drop to 246 atk.. I main DB's and have 6-7 situational builds with 4-5 different DB's for 25+ builds and am HR 230 If you're carting more than once every 4-5 runs (especially on anything other than elder dragons), focus on building a tank. Armor pieces needed will vary greatly dependent on gems you have, so the only perfect build is one you can actually build.
