The Anderson valve we replaced was the #200RV, which had a plastic body with a rotating knob. It clicked and locked into each position as we rotated the knob. The valve had a plastic core that relied on several rubber O-rings to maintain pressure and function properly. Bad idea. Why didn't you put the valves a little closer to the panels a make a little door you open up to get to them. That is one thing that's going to be fixed . Another choice would be, on Monday, to call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready. Ask them to get the Mallard engineer to identify the access to the bypass valves on your floor plan. It's likely behind a drawer or perhaps a false panel.

If you are winterizing dont forget to drain the hot water heater and dont forget to run pink stuff thru the water pump and the outside shower they will freeze .
