Posted February 20, 2013. this was fixed a week ago, Dual heat swords has 150 charge dmg higher base atk etc etc fiery jump and 1.0 fire rate same as dual skanas, they buffed it from 0.8 to 1.0. Dual skanas charge dmg does like 100 dmg and has same melee dmg as regular skana. tldr Dual Skanas weak and obsolete.TheCometCE.
