I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.Booked a hotel reservation with Traveluro. What sort of company refuses to cancel a service that you have already paid for & request no refund for. I’ll never book with Traveluro again - and you shouldn’t either. This company is a scam. This company is a scam, they take your money and issue a confirmation number without actually confirming with the hotel. Customer care is worst and when you follow-up with them they will give you alternate options choose or cancel. You will end-up wasting time in follow-up and I am not sure I get the money back or not.

The top Google search associated with Traveluro is “is Traveluro a scam?” and the consensus seems to be: yeah, basically. The thing is that they take your money in exchange for rooms that may not actually be available (but you won’t find that out until later!)
