While planting food plots last season noticed the clutch was not stopping the transmission, took a long time. for the gears to stop before shifting, and the PTO was dang near impossible to engage with the tractor running.Chris, first try to adjust the clutch. I attached some images from the manual. check the wiring. If the wiring does not reveal any problem and a clutch adjustment does not resolve it, it may be time to replace the clutch.
