A P0455 is a large EVAP leak. You don't really need a better scan, just the tools to find the leak. The first thing I would do is check the purge solenoid on the engine end ( image 1), if it's stuck open you can get this code, but usually that one will also make the engine hard to start when you fill up with gas.

The P0455 is thrown when the tank pressure can't be lowered past a certain value by the Purge Control Solenoid Valve. It assumes a leak in the system big enough that the pressure can't even be lowered to normal vacuum. The P0451, on the other hand, is an EVAP small leak code.
So to summarize, IF you have the P0455 code on your 2.0L KIA, check your gas cap, and if that isn't it, have them check the reading on the fuel pressure sensor.
