Mercury oil injection delete kit.

Hello, I have a 1985 Mercury Black Max, 200hp, and the oil pump seems to have just quit. Fortunately, the Alarm warned me when the oil level dropped on the tank atop the motor. Rather than spend an arm and a leg on an oil pump right now, I would like to bypass the oil pump, and run on a mix.Probably could have honed the remaining 4 cylinders but ended up with a full rebuild kit off ebay for $900. That plus $129 for new lower end berarings, new oil pump gear $40 and $300 for the bore & hone. So for $1,350 I am fresh and good to go. I will say that it was an interesting rebuild.Here's an update on my Sno-Pro 500 oil injection delete. The BDX part is completely different than the part that came out. I'm going to reuse the original oil pump shaft sleeve and cover it with a OEM Cat cover plate (#3006-633).
