As FTB, we've used the forum to learn a lot during our buying process and would like to share our experience in case others are interested in the process of applying to YBS.

Excellent service; adaptable and forward thinking company, thinking "outside the box". Mortgage process took a while from initial enquiry through broker to completion, but we were quite an unique case with individual circumstances. Staff are helpful, friendly and thorough.
