Star citizen scan not working.
Same issue today. Had the same thing all night along with no global chat, character reset not working, and friends list being wiped. Wacky day. If you are still having this issue you can work around it by having your friend join a server and then from the main menu you can right click their name and select join server.

Try to enable HD using the "Toggle HD Mode" icon where the program is installed (it'll make you restart your pc).
