An RXOM is higher than ESM but the transition from SFL to ESM is seamless. Going from no pharmacy experience to RXOM is crazy to me. You need to be a Certified Pharmacy Technician for 1+ year in order to become a RXoM. Not to nitpick but rxom and esm are the same as far as hierarchy goes.I would like to accept the position that pays more since becoming an rxom (if the pay is 18.75-starting pay) I would lose out on money since I won't get the 8 hrs of overtime per paycheck.
