It didn't really work, but there's valid reasons to give babies apple or prune juice (in limited amounts).

These women spend 12 hours a day alone with their children. Any small effort you can make to make their lives easier is going to be appreciated. Perhaps most importantly, don’t take offense if these women don’t make the effort to engage you. You have to do the work to engage them. These are stay-at-home moms. Nobody shames as good as a mom group. I am in the middle of a 21 day trip with my husband and 16 month old. We are super blessed to be traveling but it’s been rough - mostly related to sleep. Normally our baby sleeps amazing but understandably they’ve been struggling with the time change and being not at home. Reminds me of the time NRK(Norways state media) had stands getting people to sign a petition to band water by using the scarier name for it, and according to our laws, if any petition have 10000 or so signatures, they have to take it up in parliament.With the amount of hoops needed to leap through to foster, usually one kid being taken away once, or hell, sometimes even having a case opened against you at all, is enough to disqualify you permanently.
