Totally agree, just making the point that buying companies that are trading below NAV like ACC before April when it got bought out will probably outperform buying BREIT. Not saying BREIT made a bad purchase. I got Store Capital at $16 during the Pandemic, I just couldn't believe people were willing to sell so far below the value of the real estate.
