On my rifles both give good accuracy but what stands out to me is the lower SD, higher velocity and I can go a little longer before cleaning. CFE 223 and AA2230 are pretty close in burn rate. Check your burn table. AA2230 worked really well for mine. I have over 6K of these bullets, so I had to make them work. Hope this helps. Sierra lists the 65 and 63 grain bullets together in the same table sharing the same data. Hodgdon's website has a load for .223 for the Sierra 63 grain SP. I'd use the Hodgdon data starting low and working up.
