If the computer thinks the car's engine temperature is -40F, it will be injecting a large excess of fuel, as it thinks the car is still in "warmup". Great!

The system is designed to disable a bunch of other systems when that happens, which causes all those other warnings. It gets your attention! It also pretty much forces you to address the problem which is causing the CE light. To turn off RAB there are two different icons and for some reason people tend to press the icon than turns off the warning but not the icon that turns off the braking.
